Hi! I’m Dr. Hannah Gilfix!

I'm a licensed psychologist based in St. Petersburg & the Tampa Bay, Florida area, offering online therapy for individuals and couples throughout the state of Florida, as well as North Carolina, Georgia, Colorado, Illinois, Texas and any other PSYPACT approved state. I offer a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy rooted in empathy, authenticity, collaboration, and evidence-based techniques. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and work collaboratively with my clients to identify strengths, navigate obstacles, and cultivate meaningful change.

My approach

I offer a holistic and client-centered approach to therapy rooted in empathy, authenticity, collaboration, and evidenced-based techniques. I foster a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. My style is open and explorative and focused on developing a therapeutic relationship with my clients that emphasizes empowerment. 

Depending on the client, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman Method, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in my work. I personalize each session to meet individual needs and goals and to facilitate a path towards healing and personal growth.
