Payment & Billing

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • Major credit/debit cards accepted.

  • I can provide a superbill for out-of-network insurance reimbursement.

Note: Reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan. Not all plans reimburse, and reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Out-of-Network Insurance

I am an out-of-network provider.

  • You pay at the time of service.

  • You may submit a superbill to your insurance for partial reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network providers.

  • Anxiety, OCD, perfectionism, stress, burnout, trauma, postpartum adjustment, relationship concerns, life transitions, career or academic pressure — and more. Therapy provides a safe space to process challenges and build practical coping skills.

  • I can see clients in any of the 40 approved PsyPact states. This includes Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming.

  • I use evidence‑based treatments tailored to your needs, including:
    • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
    • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
    • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD
    • EMDR when appropriate
    • Strength‑based, relational, and culturally responsive approaches

Every plan is individualized to help you feel calmer, more confident, and more in control.

  • There’s no set timeline — it depends on your goals and progress. Some clients feel noticeable relief after a few sessions; others build deeper tools over time. We work together to find the best pace for you.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows the time to be offered to someone else. Late cancellations or no‑shows may be charged the full session fee.

  • Virtual sessions offer flexibility, comfort, and accessibility. You can attend from home, school, or anywhere you feel safe — making it easier to maintain consistency.

I provide online therapy in 40 U.S. states — so as long as you’re in one of those states, you can work with me.
